Cover of Judi's Shabby Chic paper bag album. This is made of 2 lunch-size brown paper bags. Lay together, alternating opened & closed ends. Fold in half and crease. Use Japanese screw punch to punch holes. Set extra-long eyelets. Tie fibers and ribbons through.
